Visit the Official Global Sevilla Website
First, visit the official Global Sevilla website and go to the admission menu. Next, choose the apply now drop-down. Then download the forms provided. There are at least 7 forms to fill out. On the first page you can choose Global Sevilla Puri Indah or Global Sevilla Pulo Mas. Tick the campus you want. Here are the sheets you need to fill in.
Sheet 1
The first sheet covers student information, including which schools the student attended before, whether the student has ever been expelled from school, and so on.
Sheet 2
The second sheet covers the guardian or parent. It also has a sibling information section if the applicant is cared for by a guardian (a foster parent).
Sheet 3
The third sheet is a statement letter confirming that the applicant's parent, guardian or foster parent has read and accepted the policies and agrees to:
- Follow all school procedures and policies.
- Cooperate with the school, especially on observation during the entrance test.
- Have the applicant's photo taken for uses such as the school yearbook, billboards, the school magazine and so on.
This statement must have a Rp 6,000 revenue stamp (materai) attached and be signed by the applicant and the parent or guardian.
Sheet 4
The fourth sheet is for health records, date of birth, height and weight. If needed, this sheet is also where you fill in immunization history, especially for Kindergarten (TK) applicants, along with other medical history.
Sheets 5 to 7
Sheets 5 to 7 contain the policies set by the school. Please read and study them carefully. If anything is unclear, you can ask Global Sevilla School.
The last step in applying to Global Sevilla School is to email the completed forms to Global Sevilla. You will be told by phone or email within 24 hours whether the student has been accepted.
