Coworking Space, Meeting Rooms and a Food Station in One Place
Coworking space facilities in one place: meeting rooms with smart TVs, fast internet, a community space, playing room, pantry and food station.
A coworking space is a place where entrepreneurs gather, with meeting room facilities for holding meetings and gatherings. These can be meetings with business contacts, presentations to clients, seminars and other events that mostly relate to a company's growth.
Unlike a hotel meeting room, a meeting room in a coworking space has a different concept, especially in its interior design. The arrangement of tables, chairs and other furniture feels more relaxed than a meeting room in a conventional or fairly formal office.
These days there are even places where a virtual office, coworking space, meeting room and food station sit together under one name. So what do we get at a coworking space with such complete facilities?
Meeting Room
A meeting room in the same location as a coworking space, virtual office and food station usually has a well-planned design. There are at least 3 rooms: 1 medium-sized room and 2 small ones. Inside are fully equipped, technology-based facilities such as a Smart TV, projector, whiteboard and audio system.
High-Speed Internet
Everything now has to keep pace with technology, and meeting rooms are no exception. That is why the meeting room, and the whole coworking space, comes with a high-speed internet connection that can be used for free. To support the work and mobility of the people inside, the internet speed is at least 15Mbps dedicated.
Community Space
Besides meeting rooms with their advanced facilities, a coworking space makes it easy to build a business network with new people. In today's era of collaboration, the chances to work with other professionals are wide open.
This is what drives start-ups to keep growing their businesses with the technology available. They can share knowledge on topics such as marketing, finance and business know-how that they cannot get elsewhere.
Playing Room
Working in a coworking space day after day can get tiring. To help people relax again, a playing room is usually provided. It has supporting facilities such as a PlayStation and a Smart TV, with games designed around an outdoor concept and artificial grass as the floor.
Pantry
A professional coworking space always has a pantry that provides soft drinks, water, tea and coffee, and a few kinds of light snacks. Everything is self-service and, of course, free for anyone renting a meeting room or coworking space.
Food Station
Not every coworking space has a dining area yet, but a number of them have been the first to innovate by offering a food station with several food menus. Users of a shared workspace no longer have to go looking for a place to eat somewhere else.
Any business can grow fast when it is run in a place that is serious yet still comfortable and relaxed. And that kind of atmosphere is something you can only find in a coworking space meeting room.
