The cash loan process has four steps: application, verification, approval and disbursement. See which documents you need and how fast lenders pay out.

Cash loan process from application to disbursement

Stages of the Cash Loan Process. There are times when you need money and can't borrow it from family or friends, whether for business capital or another urgent need. When that happens, one route is to apply for a cash loan from a bank or a financial services company. Some private companies can even process an application quickly, so you don't wait long for the loan to be disbursed. If you are curious how the cash loan process works up to the point the money is released, here is the rundown:

  1. Application

The first stage is the application. You can apply in your own name or in a company's name. You also have to attach several documents as administrative requirements, such as an ID card, family card (KK), taxpayer number (NPWP), personal monthly bank statements and documents related to the company's legal status.

  4. Disbursement

In the digital era, many financial services let you apply online or offline. Applying online is easier and more efficient if you are busy.

  1. Verification

Next, the documents you attached are verified. Each document is matched against the form you filled in, and the attached documents are checked for completeness. So read the document requirements set by the financial service provider carefully.

  1. Approval

Once you pass verification, your documents go to the finance department or the bank concerned for approval. At this stage the authenticity of the documents is usually checked. Your borrowing record, such as mortgage (KPR) installments, credit card installments and other installments, is also taken into account. If you qualify, you move on to the next stage.

  1. Disbursement

After your loan application is approved, you receive a confirmation and the disbursement time. Each financial service provider has its own policy on disbursing loans. Bank loans usually take a few days, unlike private financial providers, which can disburse within 24 hours.

So those are the 4 stages of the cash loan process you have to go through. If you need funds urgently, it is best to apply to a private company. But you should still weigh the interest rate, adjusted to your own budget.
